Anyone know where Heirloom tomatoes are sold in Broward/Dade county?

Was at Whole Foods in Aventura yesterday. None.
Big Irv's is closed til September.

    Haven't tried Batten's yet.

Found black, yellow, pink, orange heirloom tomatoes at a flea market in Daytona Beach last weekend.

    Going thru withdraw now.

I think Whole Foods may have some from California this time of year. During the winter, try Gardner's. The one in Pinecrest has a farmer's market on Saturday's which has a decent selection.

        Check out this great website:

        http://www.pickyourown.org/FLsoutheas...

It lists all the pick your own farms with a harvest schedule as well!

Check out Batten's 5151 SW 64th Avenue, Davie, FL 33314. Phone: 954-792-0068. Directions: Between Griffin & Stirling Rd. on Davie Rd.
