Casual seafood in Stamford, CT?

I've been working in Stamford for 3 months, and have barely ventured outside my company cafeteria. However, my parents are driving thorugh on Friday and want to eat around here. Are there any casual seafood shack type places? I've been to the Crab Shell, but I'm sure that place gets really crowded on a friday night. Other than seafood, are there any good casual dining spots in town (within walking distance from UBS)? The other catch is that our dog will be with us. Probably too much to ask for, but any places with outdoor/patio seating would be great. Thanks!
