It's the type of restos I am frankly not very tempted by. First, sort of 'branché', then fusion food. How can you possibly have dishes from Japan and then from Provence on the menu? Personally, I prefer either or. Sorry, not being of much help, but I've never been tempted by that place to which I'd also add restos like Kong and some of the Costes brothers chain, BTW.
