Asian restaurants specializing in duck or poultry

Friends -

I'm trying to find out if there are any excellent Asian restaurants that specialize in duck or poultry in the LA area. The restaurants I'm looking for would be similar to three restaurants that appear to have closed down in the last couple of years. In the San Gabriel Valley, there used to be a restaurant that specialized in Peking and other duck dishes - it's name started with a "Q". In Koreatown, there used to be a great restaurant that only had 5 or 6 duck dishes on the menu, one of which was a whole duck with an incredible stuffing. There also used to be the "L.A. Chicken Center" - it was located where "Honey Pig" is now.

Any suggestions would be welcome --

Lu Din Gee: do you have to pre-order their Peking duck in advance?

Yes, you have to call 1 hr ahead.

Lu Din Gee is great duck. I would skip the dish called duck meat if I were you. It's bean sprouts w/ very little duck meat cooked in duck fat - not bad just not worth it when you've had the rest of the duck and the duck soup.

Lu Din Gee is now the best replacement for the defunct Quanjude. This is my mainstay for Peking duck. It's in the Goldworld Plaza across the street from 888 Seafood.

Aside from the Peking duck, I would recommend the Spicy Konnyaku Salad, Stir Fried Shell-less Shrimp, and the eel on rice. Make sure you call an hour ahead for the duck.

There's a Vietnamese restaurant in China Town that I believe only has Chicken Pho and Spring Rolls on their very limited menu.
