Can I get fresh softshell crabs in Galveston?

Since relocating to Phoenix in 1989, one of the very few things I truly miss about living in Philly is fresh soft shell crabs. All we can get are frozen, watery and expensive. Now, we are considering a move to Galveston area. I know they have lots of hard shell crabs, but are soft shells widely available?

A pseudo answer is yes, you can get them. They are season specific and I am not sure of the seasons.
