Greetings Chows!

I'm looking to take an adventure packed vacation with a focus on gourmet experiences. I don't just want to eat at the best restaurants - I want to go exploring with the pig that will find me a truffle to eat that night! If you guys have had any great culinary adventures, please let me know about them! I'm flexible with my dates, so I can go when things are in season. I want to explore the world through food, and not just sitting inside of restaurants. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!

Most of my destinations have not been good food destinations, so I won't recommend them, but almost all of my friends, and they are ALL food obsessed, say that oaxaca is a MUST food destination. Esp the street food.
