fleur de sel caramel (Sea salt caramel) makers! question for you

just finished making my caramels but it's way passed my bedtime.. can i leave it overnight befor i cut into it???

    Absolutely. They will probably cut better tomorrow. Just cover the top with parchment (lightly greased).

      Agree--assuming they aren't overcooked (easy to do :).

        i got the recipe from epicurious.com under fleur de sel caramel

        by the way, it turned out great.. sprinkled some salt before wrapping them
