Tomorrow (Monday) is the ‘big finale’. What are everyone’s predictions? Heather or Virginia?

I think Virginia will win, because that cad Gordon Ramsay has the "hots" for her....

I think it will be Heather, just because of her experience, BUT, Virginia is the more creative and instinctual cook and therefore be more able to do the executive chef job. However, she would need alot of help as would Heather. So I still say Heather, with Virginia being invited to London and probably not going (just as Michael ended up not going), because she is newly married.

Michael didn't go? What happened did he even get his own restaurant?

Michael is hawking knives on his own web site (sorry, I don't have the address). He says he and Lola decided not to open a restaurant now or go to London (I think that was a huge mistake).

At the very end of the finale, he was given the choice of his own restaurant, or -Surprise!- a year's (I think) tutelage under Ramsay. He chose the tutelage. I thought that was low, to promise a restaurant, then substitute the learning year. It made it hard to say no to the new offer IMO. He didn't do either?
