No view but Citron in Rockridge has an outdoor patio that is lovely; they serve a delicious brunch and take reservations.

Hs Lordships.. the food is so-so, but good view. If you're in the mood for dim sum, East Ocean at the end of Powell St. has good view also.

Someone mentioned to me that the Claremont might have brunch also.
