Went last night. Tomato-Mozerella salad was one of the most flavorful I've had. Filet was nicely done. Chocolate mouse was more about texture than flavor, making it much lighter than other mouse I've had. The Peach cobler was rich and delicious.

Overall, I the experience was wonderfully flavorful.

As you know, the atmosphere there is classic.

I couldn't picture eating at Mistral without starting with the Tuna Tartar

I agree. And although their RW menu is certainly respectable, there isn't one thing on it I'd order over many of their "regular" dishes. But, I realize every restaurant has to tailor their RW menu so they actually make a buck or two. Nothing wrong with that.
