        <content>Went to Salumi today, visiting seattle....interesting place...the lamb proscuitto was very heavy/rich in flavor...much more than I expected....not quite my cup of tea as far as a sandwhich goes...totally tastes like lamb, which I really did not expect...., I like the traditional pork proscuitto better....sandwhiches were nice as was the staff and atmosphere.  

The pasta offerings looked tempting as well.</content>
