ISO Good, Cheap, Chow in the Coalinga Area

Any suggestions? (Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner; I'm going to be in the neighborhood all weekend.)

About the *only* choice in Coalinga is the Harris Ranch off the 5. It's not terribly cheap but not particularly expensive either. But the food is good ordinary food while Coalinga, itself, is pretty bleak and undistinguished.

Thanks; that's very helpful. I'm going to be hunting. Will I feel comfortable going to eat at Harris Ranch in camouflage clothing, or will I need to change into nicer clothes?

The Harris Ranch is one of those places that will pretty much take you as you are: Shirt + shoes = service. So your hunting attire will make you look...distinguished!

p.s. - I was disappointed in the food there a month ago. Very poor showing. We didn't go high-end, so maybe the steaks and such would have been better. But as rainey says, it's probably the only game in town.
