Does anyone have an idea as to how long the waits are at Casa Bianca on weeknights/Wednesday night?

Usually bank on a half hour wait at most times. But that's fine. Just sit outside on the street, drink cheap wine, and smell the pies being cooked.

I'd expect a 15-20 minute wait... depending on what time you show up. The earlier the better (pre-6:30/7). You might want to call ahead and see if you can get your name on the list.
