Does anyone know of any bakeries that have late night specials, like what Fairway had going a while ago?

Au Bon Pain discounts their baked goods by 50% from 8pm to 9pm

Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but I think that Amy's in Chelsea Market discounts some of their baked goods after 5 or so.
