Do any of you know of anyone growing hops in a sustainable way, or using organic grains to make the vodka etc? Pretty good pale ale. I see from a quick search it is from Vermont, though. Butte Creek makes an Organic beer. They are in Chico. Can't recall organic from any of the local pubs, but wouldn't suprise me. Also, Sam Smith has an organic lager and ale, but I think they're inferior to the classics. I also remember a few months ago the bartender at Toronado suggested something organic on tap which I really liked, but I wasn't exactly most alert then and can't remember the name.
