Rum Punch, Banana Daiquiri, Pina Colada [moved from Caribbean]

I'm helping my parents with their silver anniversary party and it's carribean themed. Does anybody have a great recipe for rum punch, banana daiquiris, or pina coladas? I'm especially interested in suggestions for the run punch as there appear to be a confusingly large number of options. Any other suggestions you might have for drinks would be great as well!

Thanks for your help!

  1. You didn't mention a date for the party, so may be replying too late - I just found Chowhound!

For what it's worth, try this website for the most amazing recipes you will find for rum. Most U.S. liquor stores are now carrying Cruzan Rum (made on the island of St. Croix) - if you can get it, it makes all the differecnce in the world. Hope the party goes/went well!

    1. Oh! I almost forgot! Try making an amazing Baileys Banana Colada in lieu of the daiquiri.

      2 oz of Baileys
      1 Banana
      1 oz Cruzan Rum (Gold)

Blend w/ ice...I like to top with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
