Vegetarian (preferably Organic) fare

I'd like to take my husband some place special for our 3rd anniversary. I thought of Tantra, but the poor reviews made me think twice. Any suggestions (Westside or the Valley) would be most welcome. We love RFD in Santa Monica but would like to try something new :)

Gosh thanks for all these replies! Have been to Madeline's and it was very good, except the portions were a tad small.

Busaba just opened on Melrose between Detroit and Formosa. Good food and they advertise as vegetarian, mostly organic. I am sure they could point you to the dishes with the most organic ingredients.
