I'm planning a trip to Chicago in October. I'll be there with my wife for two days and two nights. If you only had two days in Chicago what restaurants would you go to?

Thanks

I think the reason why nobody has replied is because similar questions were asked recently. I would search archived posts for answers to this. Also, what is you budget?

If I had a nice budget(money no object)I would stay at the W hotel located downtown.Lots of Celebrity types stay there. It is absolutly beautiful. The Interior decoration from the lobby to the rooms is awsome and tranquil. They have a great bar and a great restaurant. The staff is very classy with a warm welcome vibe. You might just want to go visit the hotel for drinks and lunch or dinner.

Frontera Grill, Quartino, Wiener's Circle and RJ Grunt's.

What type of food are you looking for? What cuisines do you like? What's your price point? Are you aiming mostly for food or is atmosphere as important?

Dinner: Topolobampo and either Les Nomades or Tru, or if you're in the mood for beef, Custom House

Lunch: Park Grill (for the scene), North Pond
