Thanks for the responses everyone. We ended up going to Blue Smoke. She enjoyed the "veg out" plate option they had although some of the sides were definitely better than others. I had the "Rhapsody in Cue" sampler plate and can't say I was impressed. Satisfied my craving however and the friendly service made it an enjoyable evening.

I'm a vegetarian with a BBQ fan boyfriend, and while I've done okay eating side dishes at places (and I really did enjoy the mac and cheese at Blue Smoke), the only place I can think of is Old Devil Moon. I don't think they have anything really spectacular bbq wise, but they do have a large variety of vegetarian takes on barbeque. My boyfriend enjoyed his pulled pork enough, but I don't think he would run back there.
