Madison Fish Fry

My DH and I are meeting my sis and bro-in-law in Madison for a Beer Fest next weekend. I'm thinking a good down home fish fry would be a good idea for Friday night.

I've gone back into the Chowhound history and have seen some good ideas, but times change and I want some fresh advice.

While your at it, any good brunch recs (think hangover recovery) for Sunday morning would be appreciated too.

Now, anyone have a good rec for breakfast on Sunday. I'm thinking big pancakes to soothe a beer hangover would be good.

Any 'must places' (like Key's or Al's in Mpls)?

Last time we were in Madison (4 months ago or so) The Great Dane brew pub and restaurant had a great walleye fish fry. And I can't imagine a trip to Beerfest without a stop at the Dane.
