Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix?

I just realized I have a three hour layover at lunch-time tomorrow, and may well arrive at my destination too late for dinner. So any suggestions for good, filling chow?? Bonus points for good Mexican and tequila......(hey, I won't be driving!)

The standouts are Flo's Shanghai and Paradise Bakery. I don't believe either of them serve grown up juice. The only full bar is going to be at Chili's.
There's a decent little Mexican fast food place on the D concourse, but I think it's based around burritos and tacos.
