quick chili sauce for fish

this is a quick and delicious chili sauce recipe that is perfect for grilled fish.

1 cup roughly chopped fresh chili- i usually use cayenne
1 clove chopped garlic
lime juice of 1 lime
lemon juice of 1 half small lemon
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 x peeled aged kiwi fruit
1 peeled and pulped mango
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
pinch of ground nutmeg

bring chili and garlic to boil in water and vinegar. add salt and ginger and simmer for 5 minutes only.stand to cool.place cooled mix into blender.add all other ingredients and puree until smoothish. strain.thin to desired thickness with a 70/30 mix of fresh lime and white wine vinegar respctively. ENJOY!
