Help - What to order at Mr. Chow?

I have to go tonight on business (I know, Mr. Chow kinda sucks), so please guide me in what to order. I have been once before, and they stuck me with the chef's menu that they're always pushing on people (or so I've heard). I want to order my own entree - any suggestions? I'm trying to be relatively healthy as well, so nothing deep fried please.

I LOVED (read LOVED) the white fish that is on the menu...it is light and flaky..and on of the best things I have put in my mouth in a very long time...
