kosher replacement for sirloin/tenderloin/eye of round


I've got a recipe for Korean bulgogi that calls for sirloin, tenderloin or eye of round. Since (according to posts I've read on this board) those cuts aren't readily available in the US in kosher form, what's a good, easy to find replacement that would be similar?

Or is there a kosher butcher in the Deleware/Philadelphia area that does stock those cuts for a reasonable price?
