Gelare Ice Cream

Years ago there was a few locations (Westwood, Pasadena) that served a brand of Gelato called Gelare. They had an orange cream that was the best. Their ice cream had a elastic quality, meaning you could stretch it with your spoon. Anybody know where I can get ice cream that has that quality?

just had a great scoop at pazzo gelato in silver lake. 10:25pm on wed. night and a line out the door. i had the santa rosa plum which my scooper paired with chocolate martini. very good. not too sweet.

Not exactly what you're asking for, but you might try Persian ice cream such as Mashti Malone's or Rose on Westwood Blvd. It tends to have a stretchy texture, and orange blossom is one of the standard flavors.
