vintage wine bar - santana row

i will be going here thursday evening for a business dinner/party thing. what should i expect and if they let me order what do you recommend?

sky's the limit as far as budget is concerned, as...i'm not paying..hehe

    They've got full or close to full line of Gosset Champagnes, that's great stuff and not common. The nonvintage rose is one of the best.
