Intimate Dining Near Dunedin/Clearwater? (Anniversary)

We had plans to go to The Black Pearl in Dunedin this week for our anniversary, but they're closed on our evening of choice for a private party. This restaurant is very near our house, and I'm finding it difficult to match their intimate, personal experience.

Can you suggest a place? We're near Dunedin, so as close to us as possible would be great. Would prefer to stay within 15 miles or so, but if you have a suggestion just outside of that, please share.
