You have to love the Bay Area ... Something for everyone

Now leave my New England fried clams and lobster rolls alone. They are fine just as is. For a jazzed up version ... iTapas

If I am not mistaken, that rendition of lobster rolls at best guess at iTapas would not involve the OPLS/New England style of a sandwich harmed in any way, but rather using some sort of flat wrap, like rice or soy paper, or who knows maybe even sushi seaweed, as the article suggests of the fusion of Japanese, Latin, and French. Think of ultra super fancy sushi rolls, which isn't a new concept anymore. But if they do take the sandwich route, I'd like to see pictures.
