What happened to the regular feature from the servers and cooking staff?

The feature was called "The Stained Apron" at this same web address, but with a different homepage appearance.

That was just a link from t the old links page that leads you to an entirely different and distinct website that has nothing ot do with Chowhound. According to google search, here's the web address for the Stained Apron: http://www.stainedapron.com/

We're not sure what you are referring to.

Chowhound is a consumer-oriented discussion site and hasn't ever had such a feature. If that was something that appeared in CHOW magazine, the CHOW portion of the site has not yet been relaunched.
