Duck fat fries? Does anyone make them here in SF or the Bay Area?

i know they had them at Tartare which is now closed...but does anyone know where I can get them in the Bay Area? Preferably in SF...any thoughts would be very much appreciated...thanks

Unless this has changed in the past year or so, Bistro Elan in Palo Alto used duck fat for their fries.

One Market has had them on their menu for years now. They are called big fries on the menu, but their secret is that they are confit in duck fat before frying. Delicious!!

Arcadia in the SJ Marriott. Just my opinion - I like the fries but I don't like the restaurant overall.

Try giving Boca in Novato a call. May still serve them.
