how come my posts disappear from "my chow"

is there a timed deletion of posts from "my chow"? how can i extend that time and/or increase the number of posts?

  1. Looks like you got no reply to this. Any figuring out on your end? It seems silly that there would be nowhere where we could simply find all of our past posts, given the incredible enhancements recently visited upon the site

    1. Currently, only your 10 most recent posts show up on your 'my chow' page. There's no option to change it, though we're considering it for a future software enhancement.

Your best option for finding all of your posts is an 'advanced' search on your username. You can bookmark the results page, and it will continue to work for future searches.

But I have been to some other folks' "My Chow" page and they have more than 10 posts listed. What gives? How can you get more than 10 listed? I almost missed a response to one of my posts because my contribution was some time in the past whereas the response was very recent.

It's a difference between your view of your own my CHOW page and anyone else's my CHOW page. You see 20 recent posts on someone else's page (and none of their bookmarks), but 10 recent posts on your page (plus any posts you've bookmarked).
