Zocalo in Brighton- Suggestions?

Going to dinner at Zocalo in Brighton for dinner on Friday night with friends. One is a vegetarian, rest are carnivores. Any suggestions?

I'd reccomend one of the chiles rellenos off the specials menu. I had the chicken mole one and thought it was pretty tasty. They also have some non-meat ones.

They also have a fresh guacamole app that they make right at the table that's yummy too, though I have to say the chips are pretty generic.

    Also liked the mango sangria.

I'd go for the burrito with rice, beans, mushrooms, potatoes, and peppers. It's a delicious entree that I've had at the one in Arlington.

ceviche (sp?), if they have it.

They do have a cheese-filled chile relleno which is really good.I liked it better than my own carnitas-filled relleno. The batter is crispier than the usual eggy relleno batter. Amazingly, it was even good reheated (last nite).

The ceviche is fun since they make it at your table, but not quite right because the flavors don't have time to blend.

I love the Enchiladas Ole'. They're vegetarian and are made with red bliss potatoes and poblano peppers (just enough spice). I have cravings for these! They also do a sangria tasting for $10 that's very nice.
