        <content>has anyone been to the italian restaurant arte, on 9th street between 5th ave and university? it's in my neighborhood but i've never actually gone to it. any opinions? what's good?thanks!

      <content>I've been there once. It's a decent neighborhood Italian restaurant...more of an old-school red sauce place than a Batali place.  The crowd is a little older, but the food I had was solid, including a very good veal chop. Service was average. You can see their menu on menupages.com .</content>
