Another Blue Smoke question

Am thinking of trying this for lunch tomorrow. Just wondering if their sauce is sweet or vinegary. I happen to like sweet myself.

    1. You have your choice of sauces at the table, so you can choose sweet.

But as far as the way the ribs are cooked, IIRC the St. Louis spare ribs is on the sweeter side, the K.C. on the spicy/vinegary side, the beef definitely vinegary & the baby backs mildly sweet. I find the baby backs nothing special, and not very filling. I personally like the K.C. & Texas beef best, but you might want to go with the St. Louis.
