fleur de sel caramels recipe needed!

anyone have the recipe for these salted caramels?

    Even though it is 27 degrees celsius and with a humidex of 45 degrees celsius (about 102F) and we are being begged to save energy, I am going home tonight to make these. What if the electricity takes a gainer like a few years ago and I have nothing to eat? These will come in handy.

      Good planning. If you have caramels, you can always trade for lunch meat.

        I was going to suggest the same recipe but couldn't find it. I made those a few months ago as my first caramel project, and they were fantastic (and popular). My only change was to hold back some of the salt and mix it in after the caramel cooled a little because I really wanted a few crunchy bits in the candy. The candy comes out pretty soft, so don't worry about letting it cook a little longer than you might intuitively think to.
