fleur de sel caramels recipe needed!
anyone have the recipe for these salted caramels?

I was going to suggest the same recipe but couldn't find it. I made those a few months ago as my first caramel project, and they were fantastic (and popular). My only change was to hold back some of the salt and mix it in after the caramel cooled a little because I really wanted a few crunchy bits in the candy. The candy comes out pretty soft, so don't worry about letting it cook a little longer than you might intuitively think to.
