We are visiting Calgary next week. Any insight on whether we can get any mangosteens in the calgary area?
Saw some at Chongo's at the Crossroads Market last Sunday. Also agree with the T&T recommendation.
They have mangosteens at T&T pretty much year round. I believe they are frozen and then thawed, but they are still decent. Expensive though at roughly $2 a piece. But as good as i've had on the North American continent.
Maybe try T&T Supermarket in the NE part of town - it's a big Asian market, and regularly carries tropical fruit.
