Not sure if you only drove by the storefront or actually walked up but the windows are tinted black, I believe, so it usually looks closed. I love TiGeorge's and eat there frequently. I've always found the chicken to be moist. Of course the white meat is a bit drier but never too dry. The pork is good too but pretty fatty. The squash soup is delicious but it uses specialty ingredients so they don't always have it. I would definitely suggest that you try it if you're in the area.
I ate at TiGeorge's last year with my dining group and those who ordered the chicken gave mixed reviews. Some found the chicken juicy and others found their chicken dry. For those who found their chicken to be dry, I'm not sure if perhaps, they were served "yesterday's chicken" or if the batch they got was just overcooked.
For me, I really liked their goat. The meat was tender and the brown sauce that it was cooked in had a lot of flavor, kind of smoky-sweet-hot, if that makes sense at all.
