Quiet, No-Fuss Dinner Tonight?

Tonight I'm looking for a somewhat quiet, non-snobby, casual restuarant. I want somewhere that has delicious food and an equally delicious red wine selection. I'm looking for American, Italian or French...nothing too crazy. I prefer that the restaurant be located between Midtown and Houston St and be moderately to expensively priced. Thanks everyone.

      I highly second Georgios. Great food at reasonable prices. I find it to be $ for $ one of the best rests in the city.

      A little out of your range, but I think The Orchard would be a nice fit.

        Last I heard, Orchard still had no license - so bring your own red wine.
