moving to Mildred/Corsicana

I'm a-fixin' to relocate to Mildred (seven miles southeast of Corsicana) to start a new job. By habit I usually cook my own meals, but until I get settled in I will need to eat out. I'll sincerely appreciate recommendations for good but inexpensive food, e.g., tacos (or other taqueria fare), burgers, sandwiches, Asian noodles or soups, pizza, etc. I've already found La Michoacana in Corsicana and the Aggie General Store (burgers, etc.) in Eureka.

Most people know about the collin street bakery fruitcakes, but, there is more. I love the cookies and pinapple cake. They have an excellant sausage wrap type treat and .10 cup of community coffee. My family stops there every time we go from Austin to visit relatives in Shreveport and the only bummer is they serve powdered cream with the coffee.
