Anyone know whats happening with the old Time Cafe/Fez Lounge

Walked by the other day to see the place has closed and work being done.. Anyone know if there are any plans?

    Chinatown Brasserie is open for business.. I am talking about the one on the UWS

          I think you are referring to the downtown Time/Fez, while OP is talking about the just-closed UWS branch.
