Motsu in Monnaka

Had a great dinner in Monzennakacho last evening at a new restaurant, Mocchan. Different innards grilled at the table on a sumibiyaki grill. They also have motsunabe, a nabe pot stew of all innards...

tongue
liver
cartilage
and all those other yummy bits that are hard to translate
