Wine Pairings w/ Restaurant Week

I'm trying to determine which RW restos are offering wine pairings. The only way I seem to be able to do it is by searching each menu, web-site. Many don't say or have their menus up. Thus far I've found that the following offer them:

La Morra ($15 for FOUR glasses! They do a four-course RW menu)
Lumiere ($15)
Harvest ($15 or $25 depending if you want half or full glasses)
Blue Room ($15)
The Metropolitan Club ($19)

If anyone knows of more, please add them here.

When is Restaurant Week?

Last summer, Avenue One did a flight of martinis with their RW menu. It was about a shot glass-size of 4 different martinis, and they all came out at once, but it was fun to try.

They don't have much info on their website, but for the Winter RW, Meritage did half glasses for $15, I'd imagine they'd do it again since wine pairing is kind of their "thing".

I also went to Harvest last time, and I have to agree with the above poster, the food was fine, but the wine was better.

Which reminds me ... I liked my RW meal at Harvest okay, but the best part was the wine pairings. Had a nice conversation with our server about one of them. Of course I forget now.
