ON the LA Board a discussion was started about a restaurant that is revamping with a new chef. The chef is formerly of another relatively well known LA restaurant.

A couple of replies were posted, and now it is gone.

WHAT IS THE DEAL? It's LA specific, and is oriented toward the type of food that chef will bring to the table.... what is the rationale?
