Hummus Place on UWS ?!?

So, in an article in the Times today on Israeli food in NYC, they mention that a third branch of Hummus Place has just opened on the Upper West Side. They do not, however, list an address or phone number for this new location. I can't find an address listed anywhere online, does anyone else know anything?

It is on Amsterdam near Freddie & Peppers Pizza in the mid-70s.
Walked by it during its grand opening & they were giving out free side of hummus cards thru 7/31. It's downstairs & the sign is yellow I think. Limited menu but if it's hummus you want...

I was about to make a post about this. I believe its near/around 75th and Amsterdam. I'm not sure though.
