i would do the chefs tasting menu over the salt and pepper tasting menu. with the tasting menu you are your partner get a different preparation for each course giving you effectively about 20 different dishes. the salt and pepper tasting is just 7 courses. if its a buisness thing and theres going to be no sharing or something, go for the salt and pepper menu.
