Hearth Recommendations for Tonight

I'm going to Hearth tonight to celebrate the end of a very long job search. I haven't been in about a year and was hoping to get some recommendations off of the new menu. Thanks!

  1. I was there a couple of weeks ago. The veal cheeks had just been added to the menu a day or two prior. They were excellent. My wife had the duck and enjoyed it as well. If they still have the favas as an appetizer, I'd go that route, since they won't be around much longer.

    1. Just go with the tasting menu - you can't go wrong!

      1. The veal cheeks with sweetbreads and morels stuffed with veal were good. But so was the lamb. Flip a coin.

        ALso recently enjoyed the red mullet appetizer, a dish of papardelle with tomato and shrimp, peekytoe crab salad... Much to enjoy.

        1. Not sure if they still have them on the menu but the Parmesean Gnocchi was awesome.
