My friend and I are looking for tapas-style noshing in the West 20s, 30s, and 40s. Any suggestions?

uhh, since there actually are more alternatives within your geographic guidelines (geez, it's a wonder anybody else should open a tapas bar with Tia Pol around), I'll suggest Tintol on W. 46 St. Huge list of Iberian wines and excellent food.

Recent threads on this subject. Consensus is Tia Pol and I agree.
