the place is very cute and relaxing, and everyone's friendly. some of the food at barbossa is good, some of it s bland. the menu changes, but i'd recommend any of the specials. the shrimp and onions were good and so were the eggplant polenta parmigiana and the provoleta skillet. the mango chicken curry was too mild and another dish of a fish wrapped in a banana leaf was also pretty bland. the guinnes chocolate cake was good, but unimpressive.
