Planning on an outing taking the ferry from seattle to Bainbridge, then having lunch on Bainbridge.

Any recommendations for where to have lunch within walking distance of the ferry terminal?

Almost everything is walking distance from the ferry dock. Try Cafe Nola at the west end of the business district on Winslow Way. High recommendations for Bainbridge Island Sushi House,kitty corner from Cafe Nola in the strip mall, if it still exists. Madoka, Alvin Binuya's new venture, is just one to one-half blocks further west on Winslow Way.
