No More Persian Mulberries at the Holllywood FM

After reading the rave posts, I dragged the Missus out bright and early this morning. In vain. Circle C was nowhere to be found, and the information booth said they're done for the season. Guess I'll have to wait for next year.

Laguna Hills Nursery does, which is where I got mine. The LA Times had a list last year in their article about growing mulberries at home.

yeah, when i stopped by on sunday too, they were nowhere to be seen. and they weren't listed on the vendors list.

i asked the info booth and they asked me why everyone keeps asking about the Circle C ranch booth, i replied the Persian mulberries.

Oh fleeting summer fruit. I've often thought we should form some sort of FM Super Goodies Cooperative.

Oh no! Sorry you missed them. Last week there was another vendor with mulberries at the Wed FM in Sta Monica--they sell citrus and avocados at the east end of the market. Might be a possibility is you can make it.
